Getting started

Once you have booked your appointment, you will need to be prepared for our first meeting. Prior to coming in, we will need you to obtain and bring with you the items below in order for us to begin working on your case.

What you may need to bring

Not all cases require the same documents. Below is a list of items you may be requested to bring for your first meeting with us.

  • Cash or check for the advance fee retainer
  • Copies of any pleadings. Please keep originals for your own records.
  • Most recent statement of all assets and debts including retirement plans, pensions, and other deffered compensation
  • Last three years of tax returns
  • Last 6 months of pay stubs
  • Copies of any proof of life insurance
  • Statements for all bank accounts and credit cards
  • Statements for all investment accounts

What to expect

  • Be prepared to discuss anything about the case
  • An unbiased, judgement free atmosphere
  • Supportive and knowledgable advice about your case
